Introduction:

The stem nut of Non-rising stem gate valve is arranged on the gate, and the handwheel rotates the stem to rotate and lift the gate. There is usually a trapezoidal thread at the bottom of the stem. Through the thread at the bottom of the valve and the guide groove on the valve disc, the rotating motion is changed into a straight line motion, that is, the operating torque is changed into operating thrust. When the valve is opened, the flow path is clear when the gate lift height is equal to 1:1 of the valve size.

Description:

Non-rising stem gate valve is also known as rotary rod gate valve, stem and nut is in the valve body inside, direct contact with the fluid. The valve plate is a dark stem gate valve opening and closing parts, open and close, around the stem to do rotation to achieve. The direction of movement of the valve plate is perpendicular to each other in the opposite direction of the movement of the fluid. The dark rod gate valve cannot be used to regulate the medium. It can only be fully open or fully closed.
