Introduction:

The opening and closing part of the cast iron copper-sealed rising stem gate valve is the gate, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. Otherwise, the sealing surface of the gate valve will be easily washed away, resulting in loose sealing and internal leakage, which greatly reduces the service life of the valve. The cast iron copper sealing rising stem gate valve adopts brass surfacing welding on the sealing surface of the gate plate, which greatly improves the service temperature of the valve and overcomes the disadvantage of low service temperature of the soft sealing gate valve.

Application:

It is widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, textile, electric power, ship, gold, energy system and other fluid pipelines as intercepting medium and switching medium.

Description:

1. Sealed copper gate:

The gate is made of ductile iron QT450 sealed butt-welded brass, which improves the working problem of the valve medium, has a small flow resistance, and improves the service life of the valve;

2. Corrosion resistance:

The inner and outer surfaces of the valve shell (gray cast iron, ductile iron QT450) are electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder, the coating is uniform and firm, and no iron is exposed. The sealant on the top of the connecting bolt in the middle cavity isolates the contact between the bolt and the environment to prevent corrosion;

3. Stainless steel stem:

The valve stem is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, with good toughness coefficient, high tensile strength, not easy to rust, etc., and the switch light is very bright;

4. Additional Functions:

Additional functions such as valve opening indication and anti-theft lock control can be provided.
