Introduction of Split lug butterfly valve

Split lug butterfly valve is divided into full lined type and half lined type, the valve body adopts two pieces of body combination, seat and body liner integration, only the full plastic seat and lined plastic disk contact the medium when operating, and the production can withstand any corrosive medium. The valve body equips with smooth inner surface, low fluid resistance, high CV value, strong circulation capacity, appropriate torque. It adopts four-level seal structure and outside the sealing surface with SI rubber elastic sealing pad, dealing with temperature change and aging, and completely achieve zero leakage of the medium.

Application

Split lug butterfly valve is suitable for various types of industrial pipeline transportation, including liquid and gas (including steam), especially used in serious corrosive media, such as: sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.

1. Butterfly valve, for the whole disc and seat in 360¡ã circumference concentric (center line), is equipped with the bi-directional sealing function, supporting pressure and flow adjustment freely;

2. With four-level loaded elastic seal, it can ensure the valve inside and outside zero leakage;
