Introduction:

Metal Seat Valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline in the butterfly valve body cylindrical channel. The disc is rotated around the disc axis, and the rotation angle is between 0 and 90 degrees. When it is 90 degrees, the valve is fully opened.

Application:

Metal Seat Valve as a part to realize the pipeline system on and off and flow control, has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, hydropower and many other fields.

Description:

1. The metal seat valve adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure, and the valve seat and disc are almost free of wear. The tighter the two, the better the sealing function;

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life no matter at low temperature or high temperature.

3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate adopts surfacing welding cobalt carbide. The sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life;

4. The butterfly plate adopts a truss structure, with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance;

5. The valve has two kinds of one-way seal and two-way seal. Two-way sealing installation is not restricted by medium flow, not affected by spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.
