Description:

Application conditions:

1, Telescopic butterfly valve must be horizontally laid before installation, and shouldn't be bumped at will.

2, The structure length of telescopic butterfly valve is the minimum length when it leaves the factory. When needed, it is pulled to the installation length (that is, the design length).

3, When the pipeline space length exceeds the expansion valve installation length, please adjust the pipeline interval, do not forcibly pull the expansion valve, so as not to damage it.

4, It is strictly prohibited to disassemble telescopic butterfly valve at the pipeline construction site.

5, The telescopic butterfly valve, with perfect processing, tight coordination, should not be repeatedly elongate or shorten the telescopic butterfly valve at will at the scene. During pipeline installation, the pipes at both ends of the expansion valve must be concentric, and the two flange faces of the pipeline must be parallel.

6, The flange fixed bolts should be symmetrical fastened, do not unilaterally forcibly tighten the flange fixed bolts.

7. The expansion tube is installed behind the valve.
