Introduction:

The basic series of ball valve is Q41F46, which can be divided into two types (two pieces) and three pieces. In addition, it has small fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed and simple structure.

Application:

Full-lined flanged ball valve is suitable for petroleum, smelting, oil field, chemical industry, electric power, papermaking and other industries.

Description:

Full-lined flanged ball valve has the following advantages:

1. It is a ball valve lined with FEP, with high chemical stability, and can be used for any strong corrosive properties except "molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine";

2. It adopts full diameter and floating ball structure. The valve can be closed without leakage within the full pressure range, which is convenient for pipeline system cleaning and pipeline maintenance;

3. The ball of the opening and closing parts is combined with the casting (forging) parts of the valve stem, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem being separated from the bearing parts due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project;

4. Its structure is compact and reasonable, and the cavity space of the valve body is the smallest, which can reduce the retention of medium. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface density good, and the combination of herringbone PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage;

5. The two-piece and three-piece structures of the full-lined flanged ball valve can adapt to various piping systems and working conditions with different requirements. Among them, the three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body and the valve body on both sides to be separated, which can realize rapid online replacement and maintenance.
