Product Introduction
The lug type butterfly valve has two lugs or ears that protrude from the valve body. These lugs are used to secure the valve to the pipeline flanges using bolts and nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges, and the lugs are bolted onto the flanges. This design allows the valve to be easily installed and removed from the pipeline without disturbing the adjacent piping.
Lug type butterfly valves are widely used in various industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and HVAC. They are preferred for their lightweight, compact design, low cost, and ease of installation and maintenance.

PTFE: Excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubricity and non-stickiness and good resistance to aging. High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance.
