Working Principle Of Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
Pneumatic butterfly valve is used as flow control, the main thing is to select the correct size and type of valve. When it is necessary to increase the opening of the valve, the output current signal of the computer control system will rise. Torque motor (1) generates electromagnetic field, baffle (2) is far away from the nozzle by electromagnetic field (3). The distance between nozzle (3) and baffle (2) becomes larger, and the air pressure above the line axis (5) of the amplifier (4) is discharged. The affected spool moves to the right and pushes the spool to block the base_. The air pressure is input to the actuator_through the base_. With the increase of the internal pressure of the actuator chamber_, the push rod_of the actuator decreases, and the change of the displacement of the push rod @ of the actuator is transmitted to the skateboard_through the feedback rod_. This displacement change is transmitted to the range 4 feedback rod, pulling the range spring 16. When the force of the range spring 16 and the moment motor is balanced, the baffle 2 returns to its original position and reduces the distance between the baffle and the nozzle 3. With the decrease of the amount of air discharged through the nozzle, the pressure above the spool increases. Return the spool to its original position, re-block the base, stop the air pressure input to the actuator. When the motion of the actuator_stops, the positioner keeps stable.
The actuator of pneumatic butterfly valve can be divided into single-acting and double-acting principle. The single-acting is the reset type of pneumatic closing spring and the double-acting is the open-air closing type. Single action is suitable for open or normally closed type, and adjustable type should choose double action pneumatic butterfly valve.
